Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- cornflakes, crushed - 1 c
- flour and cooking oil - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, cornflakes, salt and pepper. Form into 6 to 8 patties. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Place patties in baking dish and cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
