Wilted spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- fresh spinach, torn - 5 c
- slices bacon - 4 item
- eggs, hard-cooked - 2 item
- sliced spring onions, sliced thin - 1/3 c
How to make wilted spinach salad:
Fry bacon; remove from skillet. Add onions to drippings. Soften over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients (except spinach). Place spinach in large bowl. Pour hot dressing over spinach.
