Ingredients/Components
- onion - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- cooked spaghetti - 12 oz
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- Velveeta, cubed - 1 lb
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- rib celery - 1 item
- chicken or 4 breasts - 1 item
- small can LeSueur peas - 1 item
How to make rotel chicken:
In oleo saute green pepper, onion and celery. Add mushrooms, drained. Boil chicken or chicken breasts. Melt cubed Velveeta and add undrained Ro-Tel. Combine vegetables, cheese and cooked spaghetti. Mix in chopped chicken and LeSueur peas. Mix and bake, covered 10 to 15 minutes at 350°. Can be made ahead.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
