Parmesan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 6 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted* - 1/4 c
How to make parmesan chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Dip chicken in butter and then into crumb mixture. Place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Yield: 6 servings.*If you are watching your fat intake, dip chicken in cold water and then into crumb mixture.
