Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- oregano - 2 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- onion - 1 c
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- green pepper - 1 c
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked spaghetti - 12 oz
- can sliced ripe olives - 1 item
How to make baked spaghetti:
In large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in margarine. Add ground beef; brown. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Place half of spaghetti in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with half of vegetable mix. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat. Mix soup and water until smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
