Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sugar more or less to taste - 1/2 c
- can Carnation evaporated milk - 1/2 item
- rice, cooked until soft do not drain - 1 c
How to make rice pudding:
Add sugar to other ingredients. Add cooked rice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to thicken rice. Pour into bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
