sugar - 1 c
cinnamon - 1 tsp
eggs - 2 item
milk - 1/4 c
salt - 1 tsp
chopped nuts - 1/2 c
brown sugar - 2/3 c
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
pumpkin - 1 c
raisins - 1 c
Crisco - 3/4 c
margarine - 1/4 c
plus 2 Tbsp - 2 c

How to make pumpkin cookies:

Frosting:3 Tbsp. margarine2/3 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk Cream the Crisco, margarine, sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin and stir well. Add flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon; mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheets by teaspoon and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and frost.

Heat frosting ingredients in pan; boil 2 minutes. Cool. Add 2 cups of confectioners sugar and vanilla.
