Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk
- dash of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- uncooked long grain rice - 1 c
How to make rice pudding:
Cook rice as directed on package. Cool completely.Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all remaining ingredients except the cinnamon in a large bowl. Add the cooked rice. Butter the bottom and sides of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Put the rice mixture into the dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. When pudding is done, sprinkle top with cinnamon.
