Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- crab meat - 2 c
How to make deviled crab:
Mix beaten egg and milk with cornstarch; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, mustard, butter and salt. Fill individual dishes and top with bread crumbs. Bake until light brown, about 20 minutes at 375°. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
