Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- water - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- rice
- salt, heaped - 1/4 tsp
How to make rice pudding:
Microwave rice, water and salt on High for 15 minutes.Stir remaining ingredients together; let stand 5 minutes. Add to cooked rice and cook again on High for 5 minutes and 5 minutes again at 60% power. Stir and return to microwave on High for 4 minutes.
