Ingredients/Components

• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• sugar - 2 c
• cooking oil
• eggs - 2 item
• crushed pineapple - 1 c
• grated carrots - 2 c
• pecans - 1 c
• vanilla

How to make carrot cake:

Mix dry ingredients; add remainder and bake at 350° for 1 hour in loaf or tube pan.
