Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1/4 c
- egg white - 1 item
- skim milk - 2 c
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- rice - 3 c
How to make rice pudding:
Lightly beat egg and egg white together. Mix rice with skim milk, egg, raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick (about 5 minutes after milk boils). Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
