Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- graham crackers - 1 pkg
- can cherry pie filling, chilled - 1 item
How to make cherry cheese cake:
Mix graham crackers and margarine together; press into a 10-inch spring-form pan. Beat together cream cheese, eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Mix in 1 cup sugar and beat 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour batter over crust. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes.Mix sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar together. Smooth topping gently over baked cake. Return cake to oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Spread chilled pie filling over cake.
