Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- Cool Whip - 10 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- frozen strawberries - 10 oz
- strawberry jello - 2 pkg
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Crush pretzels; mix with 1/2 cup sugar and melted margarine. Press in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350° oven for about 7 minutes. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar. Layer on top of cooled crust. Prepare jello with 3 cups of boiling water and add strawberries. Layer on top. Refrigerate for several hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Salads.
