- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- diced rhubarb - 3 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix cake ingredients in order. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients with a fork and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
