  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • diced rhubarb - 3 c

How to make rhubarb cake:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix cake ingredients in order. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients with a fork and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
