Donut muffins

Ingredients/Components

• vegetable oil - 1/3 c
• sugar - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• milk - 1/2 c
• flour
• cinnamon
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• melted butter - 1/2 c

How to make donut muffins:

Cream oil, sugar and egg. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Turn into greased muffin tin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in preheated oven. Immediately remove from pan. Roll in butter, then in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Makes 12 muffins.
