Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2/3 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- diced rhubarb
How to make rhubarb nut bread:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. butter Combine all ingredients except topping. Pour into 2 bread pans. Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes. Do not overbake.Recipe categories: Egg, Breads, Lunch/snacks.
