Rhubarb bread
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cooking oil - 2/3 c
- diced rhubarb
- sour milk or buttermilk - 1 c
How to make rhubarb bread:
Mix together and pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Weeknight.
