- flour
- brown sugar
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2/3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts, chopped
- sour milk - 1 c
- raw rhubarb, cut fine
How to make rhubarb bread:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. butter Mix all the ingredients and put in loaf pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Weeknight.
