Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- all-purpose flour - 5 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- box bran flakes with raisins - 1 oz
How to make refrigerator bran muffins:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Put a well in the center of mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil; stir well. Cover and store in refrigerator. Will last 4 to 6 weeks. Spoon batter into muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
