- cream cheese - 8 oz
- butter - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- loaf bread - 1 item
- Blue Cheese - 4 oz
- can asparagus, dried - 1 item
How to make asparagus rolls:
Remove crusts from all bread. Roll each slice flat and very thin. Mix Blue Cheese, mayonnaise, egg and cream cheese. Spread on each slice of bread. Put 1 spear of asparagus. Roll up and slice.
