- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- beaten eggs - 4 item

How to make six week muffins:
Mix well together the first 5 ingredients. Then mix together the last 3 ingredients. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°. Will keep in refrigerator (the batter) for six weeks.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
