Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make earthquake cake:
Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with a nonstick spray. Layer pecans, then coconut in pan. Mix cake according to box instructions and pour over coconut and pecans. Mix oleo, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Pour over cake batter and swirl. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
