Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 3 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- baking powder and pinch of salt if using plain flour - 1 Tbsp
How to make tea cakes:
Cream the sugar and margarine together. Add eggs and mix; (baking powder and salt if using plain flour). Add flour gradually. Mix together well. Add flavoring. Drop by teaspoons on greased sheet. Bake at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
