Raspberry jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- pkg - 1 oz
- ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces - 4 c
- blackberry flavored gelatin for color - 1 Tbsp
How to make raspberry jam:
Chop tomato pulp into small pieces and put into a large kettle. Add no water. Boil for 15 minutes stirring frequently. Add dry gelatin and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to scorch the mixture. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal with paraffin wax.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves, Raspberries.
