Strawberry rhubarb jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- rhubarb, cut up - 5 c
How to make strawberry rhubarb jam:
Mix rhubarb and pineapple. Let stand 30 minutes. Bring to boil and cook 12 minutes. Stir constantly. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Pour into glasses and top with hot wax. Makes 8 glasses.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
