  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • cold water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • raisins - 3/4 c
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • few drops Worcestershire sauce - 1 item

How to make raisin sauce for ham:

Mix cornstarch in cold water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat to desired thickness. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
