Raisin sauce
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
How to make raisin sauce:
Mix brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch. Add water, vinegar and raisins. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Add butter and blend well. Makes 2 cups. Serve with ham.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
