Ingredients/Components
- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
- flour - 5 c
- sugar
- baking soda - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- eggs - 5 item
- buttermilk - 5 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Combine dry ingredients in a very large bowl. Stir to blend. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until moistened. Best if let sit in refrigerator overnight before cooking. Place in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. To bake, spray muffin tin with Pam cooking spray. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
