- milk
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar
- molasses - 1 c
- raisins - 2/3 c
- whole-wheat flour
- bran
How to make raisin bran bread:
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine, mixing well after each addition. Pour batter in an oiled bread pan. Bake right away at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
