Ingredients/Components
- milk
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar
- raisins - 2/3 1
- whole wheat flour
- bran
- to 1 c - 3/4 c
How to make raisin bran bread:
Mix wet ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine, stirring until only mixed together. Pour batter into oiled loaf pans. Bake immediately at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
