Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- half and half - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- bacon, fried to crisp - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped or 1 bunch green onions - 1 item
How to make quiche lorraine:
Crumble bacon; add bacon, cheese, onion, pepper and mushrooms in pie shell. Beat eggs, half and half, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
