- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- egg - 1 item
- warm water
- yeast - 1 pkg
How to make pretzels:
Preheat oven to 425°. Add yeast to water. Stir. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix, knead and shape dough. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake on a cookie sheet at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, German, Flat Shaped breads.
