- sugar - 5 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- egg - 1 item
- warm water
- yeast - 1 pkg
- Wesson oil - 6 Tbsp
How to make rolls:
Beat the egg; add salt, sugar and oil. Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add to first mixture. Add 1 cup warm water. Add flour until medium dough. Knead until double in bulk. Shape into rolls. Bake at 400° until golden brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Southern u.s..
