Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • Crisco - 1/2 c

How to make pound cake:

Mix ingredients well. Pour into a greased and lightly floured pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Careful, doesn't always take this long.
