Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • celery salt - 2 tsp
  • can celery soup - 1 item
  • potatoes, peeled, boiled and cubed - 10 item
  • milk more if thinner soup is desired - 4 c

How to make potato soup:

Saute butter and onions in a small saucepan, then add to potatoes. Pour in cream of celery soup, milk and celery salt. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat and serve. Tastes great with Cheez Whiz.
