Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 5 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- carrot, pared and sliced - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces - 6 item
How to make potato soup:
Put all ingredients in a crock-pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. If desired, mash potatoes with masher before serving. Serve topped with chopped chives. Servings: 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
