Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 3
- onions - 2 item
- well beaten eggs - 3 item
- to 8 potatoes, peeled - 6 item
How to make potato cakes:
Grate raw potatoes together with onions. Add eggs, salt and flour. Mix well. Drop into heated fat in frying pan or griddle. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
