Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth
- onions, chopped - 3/4 c
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- carrots, cut in half moons - 1/2 c
- peeled red potatoes, cut in cubes - 5 c
- sun evaporated sea salt - 1 tsp
How to make potato soup:
Place potatoes and sea salt in chicken broth and cook under medium heat until tender. After the potatoes are cooked, hand mash half the amount of potatoes to produce a creamy consistency. Add the carrots and simmer until tender. Lightly saute onions with a little unrefined olive oil and dry mustard.
