Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- chopped carrots
- parsley - 3 tsp
- chopped potatoes - 9 c
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
- 2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
How to make potato soup:
Cook water, potatoes, onion, celery, parsley, bouillon cubes, salt & pepper for 20 minutes. Mix flour and milk and cook in separate pan until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add to potato mixture.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
