Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/3 c
- sliced carrot - 1 item
- sliced potatoes - 3 c
How to make potato soup:
Put potatoes, carrot, celery, onion, salt, pepper and milk in kettle with 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
