Creamy cauliflower soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water - 2 3
- margarine - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- chopped green onion - 1/4 c
How to make creamy cauliflower soup:
Cook cauliflower in small amount of salted water until tender. Saute onions in margarine. Stir in flour. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Blend in milk, salt, pepper and cauliflower. Cook and stir until thickened. Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley. For satin-smooth soup, use blender. Makes 8 (3/4 cup) servings.
