Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- parsley - 4 Tbsp
- cubed potatoes - 4 6
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- bacon, fried and cut into small pieces - 1 lb
- onion saute in bacon grease - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Fry bacon, drain off fat from bacon and onions. Add potatoes and water. Boil until done. Stir in soup and sour cream. Gradually add milk and remaining ingredients. Do not boil. Makes a big pot.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
