Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/4 item
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- tomato, diced - 1/2 item
- cube chicken bouillon - 1 item
- jalapeno, seeded and diced or 1 small canned diced chili green - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Pour oil in a large saucepan. Stir-fry potato, onion, tomato and jalapeno. Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; stir in cheese half through cooking. Soup is done when potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
