Ingredients/Components
- water
- oil - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- pork chops - 6 item
- envelope onion soup mix Lipton - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on both sides in hot oil. Remove chops and add soup mix, mushroom soup and water to pan drippings. Bring to a boil. Put green pepper and rice in a shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Top with chops. Pour mixture over chops and bake at 350° for one hour. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
