Ingredients/Components

- flour - 4 Tbsp
- water - 5 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 8 item
- carrots, peeled and shredded - 4 item
- or more potatoes, diced - 6 item
How to make potato soup:
