- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- flour - 7 7
- oleo - 2/3 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water
- lukewarm mashed potatoes - 1 c
How to make potato refrigerator rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. Soften butter; add to yeast mixture along with sugar, salt, oleo, eggs, potatoes and 4 cups flour. Beat until smooth with mixer. Add remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead. Place in greased bowl; refrigerate overnight. Dough can be kept up to 5 days.
