  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
  • container sour cream - 1 (16
  • Topping:1 stick melted margarine

How to make potato casserole:

Topping:1 stick melted margarine2 c. crushed Ritz crackers Mix all ingredients together except topping and pour into greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Drizzle topping on top. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
