Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- cornflake crumbs - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix butter with cornflake crumbs. Mix together other ingredients and add a touch of milk for a little moisture. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
