Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- finely shredded cabbage - 3 c
How to make skillet cabbage:
About 20 minutes before serving: In 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat, in hot oil, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover pan and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. (Vegetables will be crisp.) Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
